Q. Does America Outdoors take care of transportation on this trip?

A. Once you are in Florida, we have you covered. We will be arranging transportation to and from the airport (see below) as well in between in each stop on the trip, including dinner locations. You may also drive to Adventures Unlimited and join the group there.

If you have signed up for the trip but have not yet spoken to Heidi about arranging transportation, please email her here.

Q. Where should I plan to fly?

A. If you are flying in to Florida, you should plan to arrive at either Pensacola Airport or the Fort Walton Beach Airport.

The trip will end in Daytona Beach, FL at the America Outdoors Conference. Plan to fly home from the Daytona Beach Airport.

Please note: If you purchase a round-trip flight to Pensacola or Fort Walton Beach Airport, you will have to find transportation back to your airport from Daytona Beach on your own.

Q. What time should I arrive on Tuesday November 27?

A. Tuesday will be a meet & greet/ get ready for the trip day. (The adventure begins Wednesday). You should arrive with plenty of time to get situated and set up at camp. If you will need transportation, please plan to arrive to the airport by early afternoon.
