Exhibitor Information

The America Outdoors Conference & Outfitter Expo is the national gathering for outfitters or outdoor recreation providers and their staff. This is a prime opportunity to get your product or service in front of the decision-makers, such as owners and buyers of outfitter companies. 

America Outdoors chooses venues with our exhibitors in mind; you can expect a 35,000+ sf expo hall with a ceiling height of 20+ ft with a drive up dock. 

2024 Location: Chattanooga, TN

2024 Dates: December 10-12, 2024 (move-in begins December 9)

The conference beings with an opening reception on December 10. Exhibitors should plan to be available for December 10, 11, and 12.  We will have setup available December 9 and 10 but you must be completely show ready by 2 pm on the 10th.

Who should be an exhibitor at the America Outdoors Conference?
